We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to support the growth, performance, and operational effectiveness of a Wealth Management business. Partnering closely with senior leadership, Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams, you will drive strategic initiatives, oversee business planning and change delivery and help ensure the business operates efficiently, compliantly and with a strong client focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of regional business plans and growth targets
  • Monitor and report on business performance and KPIs
  • Lead business readiness for operational, technology, regulatory and product changes
  • Oversee regional change initiatives and implementation
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning and performance management
  • Act as a key contact for operational issues and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial and strategic priorities

About You

  • Experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking or Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of operational and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercially aware with strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience leading change and cross-functional projects
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to work at pace
