The Company

A well-established specialist asset manager with a focused, single-strategy approach and a strong, values-driven culture. Operating with a consistent investment philosophy since inception, the business has built a reputation for delivering exceptional client service and long-term performance. With a global client base and a clear sense of purpose, the firm places equal importance on sustaining its culture as it does on investment excellence.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing career to gain broad, hands-on experience within a professional financial services environment. Supporting the Distribution Team, the successful candidate will play an active role in delivering a growing marketing programme — helping to raise the firm's profile, attract prospective clients, and strengthen existing relationships. Day-to-day activity will span content creation, LinkedIn and social media management, email marketing, external communications, and event coordination.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Content & Marketing: Contribute to the creation and planning of marketing content across multiple channels. Help develop quarterly content calendars, including writing and scripting. Draft press releases and manage external communications. Ensure content is repurposed and adapted effectively to maximise its reach. Work with external agencies to support design, content, and campaign delivery.
  • Digital & Social Media: Support the day-to-day management of the firm's LinkedIn presence — scheduling posts, drafting copy, and tracking engagement. Assist in the end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns, including performance monitoring. Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Website & Collateral: Coordinate updates to the firm's website, liaising with internal teams or external suppliers as needed. Manage quarterly refreshes of website imagery and photography. Keep Insights and Media sections of the website current and accurate.
  • Events: Provide hands-on support for firm conferences and events, covering venue sourcing and logistics, supplier and catering coordination, branding, signage, and on-site materials, event setup and dressing, and support post-event communications and content capture.
  • Business Development & Team Support: Assist the Distribution Team with a variety of marketing and BD initiatives. Help prepare and maintain client-facing materials for both prospects and existing clients. Keep marketing databases, content libraries, and collateral well-organised and up to date. Support internal communications relating to campaigns and marketing activity.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing, content, and social media.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Well-organised, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • An interest in financial services or asset management.

Desirable:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Some experience with website CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to PowerBI.
