Our client, a globally leading asset manager, is looking to recruit a Client & Sales Associate to support the firm’s distribution efforts across the institutional and wholesale channels.

The Client & Sales Associate will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist Sales Managers in coordinating and producing high-quality presentations for new business pitches and research meetings.
  • Be the main point of contact for inbound queries from clients & prospects, ensuring to respond and follow up promptly.
  • Ensure that all new agreements/updates are completed promptly.
  • Source sales support and client service documents (e.g. factsheets, RFPs, presentations, reports) from relevant internal teams.
  • Update Salesforce to log client and prospect information.

The Client & Sales Associate will require the following skill set:

  • Strong experience working within a similar Sales Support/Client Service/Investor Relations role within asset management.
  • Understanding of institutional and/or wholesale market.
  • IMC qualified or equivalent is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be beneficial.
