Our client is a global Private Markets firm. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit an Investor Relations Coordinator to join their high-performing Investor Relations team on a permanent basis. As an Investor Relations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the Investor Relations team, contributing to the company’s continued success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conference management and organisation of all large-scale events across the year.
  • Creation of outreach campaigns and all ad hoc queries.
  • Building mailing lists, designing HTML invitations, monitoring responses and managing RSVPs; aiding in the full cycle of IR mailings.
  • Assisting Manager and London team with investor outreach: Ad hoc scheduling for DD schedules as well as producing all follow up messages.
  • Preparation of board packs and materials, managing LPAC communications and overseeing delegate management.

The Investor Relations Coordinator will meet the following skillset:

  • Strong academic background with relevant Undergraduate or Master’s degree.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the Finance industry.
  • Experience in financial services, private equity either internally or with a placement agent.
  • Incredibly strong attention to detail and good time-management skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a large, dynamic team.
