Investor Relations Manager, Real Estate

Our client is a growing international asset management house looking to recruit an Investor Relations Manager to join their high-performing global Investor Relations team.

The Investor Relations Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:

1. Promote and raise capital for the global product offering from institutional investors, endowments and foundations, family offices and other investors
2. Identify and look to expand the number of limited partner relationships in specific European countries
3. Contribute to local and global product development
4. Form collaborative relationships with the investment teams, the Portfolio Managers and other investment professionals
5. Keep abreast of market opportunities and competitors
6. Promote the brand and product through events, PR, and continue to attract new investors to the firm

The Investor Relations Manager will meet the following skillset:

1. Degree level or equivalent in a related business/analytical subject or relevant certifications such as CFA is desired
2. 5+ years’ experience capital raising across real estate and/or real estate investments
3. Demonstrable real estate experience within the UK and Continental Europe
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create persuasive presentations and effectively write and present information
5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate with colleagues and clients across all levels
6. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work flexibly in a changing environment
7. A strong work ethic, focused and results oriented
8. Self-motivated and proactive with managing workload and own professional development
9. An additional European language would be an advantage
