A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a global hedge fund as an Investor Relations Associate .

The Investor Relations Associate will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Create and deliver marketing materials to be distributed to new and existing clients.
• Assist the team’s due diligence process by organising meetings and collating follow-up feedback.
• Prepare and organise investor events, including preparing presentations and materials.
• Proactively manage the internal systems and CRM platforms used by the team.
• Work closely with the team to respond to client and investor queries.
• Actively contribute on broader ad-hoc project management tasks across the team, as they arise.

The Investor Relations Associate will meet the following skillset:

• Relevant client services/client relationships experience within the investment management or hedge fund industry.
• Strong knowledge of hedge funds and/or investment management.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and well-organised individual with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work as a team, whilst also demonstrating initiative and flexibility where necessary.
