The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Our client is a leading name within the investment management industry who are looking to recruit a Performance Analyst to join their high-performing team on a 9-12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting to the Head of Performance, they will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Conduct Performance Attribution and Calculation using specific performance systems as well as some manual spreadsheets.
- Production of performance reports
- Developing performance data and performance systems to enhance the performance reporting process
- Leading ad hoc data-centric projects to improve efficiency within the Performance team
- Writing commentaries to explain fund performance
- Enhancing the current performance reporting process by using advanced Excel, VBA and/or SQL
The Performance Analyst will meet the following skill set:
- 1-3 years experience within an investment management house
- Experience of report production within investment operations preferred
- Sees themselves as a natural problem solver
- Highly numerate – numerical degree is preferred
- VBA/SQL and Python proficiency beneficial.
This is an exciting opportunity for junior candidates with strong buy-side Operations experience, ideally with Performance Analysis and/or Data Analysis experience looking to excel their career as a Performance Analyst in a dynamic and lively team at an award-winning asset management house.
