A leading investment management firm is seeking an Investment Oversight Analyst to play a key role in the independent evaluation of internal and external funds across a broad range of public and private market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative reviews of internal and external managers to assess suitability and recommend improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to the design and ongoing enhancement of the firm’s Investment Oversight framework
  • Deliver actionable research and insights to support the integration of oversight recommendations into investment decision-making
  • Partner with the ESG team to evaluate the impact of sustainability factors on investment processes across strategies and asset classes
  • Liaise with ESG team to assess the impact of ESG factors on the investment process across various strategies and asset classes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to strengthen investment oversight and governance practices

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years manager research experience at an asset manager or investment consultancy
  • Strong knowledge across multiple asset classes including fixed income, equities and private market
  • Demonstrated ability to develop deep portfolio expertise and uphold high standards in governance and oversight.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Team player with a positive and proactive mindset
