Investment Operations Manager

London Full-Time 48000 - 72000 £ / year (est.) No home office possible

A boutique investment management firm is looking for an Investment Operations Manager to grow their team. This role is based in their London office, with a team of investment professionals.

Duties will include:

Oversee the effective control of processing, recording and settlements of investments
Lead strategic relationships with suppliers
Ensure all trades are captured ensuring timely management of investments
Lead and support projects impacting day to day activities
Proactively develop contacts and successful firm wide relationships to enable optimum working collaboration
Ensure exceptional service to clients and minimise operational risk

The successful candidate will have:

Middle Office management experience in the investment management industry
Experience in significant operating model change within a large organisation is preferred
Experience in detailed, complex analytical work
Comfortable working closely with an investments team
