Our client is a leading Wealth Management firm renowned for their culture and dedicated approach. Due to continued success, they are now seeking a skilled Internal Communications Manager to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Internal Communications Manager will take on the following dynamic responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Communications to formulate and implement internal communications strategies.
  • Develop an internal communications plan encompassing announcements, updates, and critical messages, utilising diverse channels like email, intranet, newsletters, and meetings.
  • Create engaging internal communications content, including intranet articles, infographics, and videos, with a focus on writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Lead the internal activation of marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication to engage and involve employees.
  • Manage internal staff communications, including email creation and distribution, as well as the development and oversight of the intranet.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Communications within the Financial Services.
  • Has worked directly with senior stakeholders.
