A global organization is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to oversee HR third‑party suppliers across Europe and the Americas. This role will drive consistent vendor governance, strengthen risk management practices, and act as a key link between HR, risk, procurement, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage governance across a large portfolio of HR vendors covering onboarding, performance, renewals, and offboarding.
- Lead third‑party risk activities including due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring.
- Track vendor performance against SLAs/KPIs and manage escalations where required.
- Act as central point of contact between HR, risk teams, procurement, and suppliers.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance control and compliance.
- Oversee risk remediation actions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate vendor data, reporting, and audit‑ready documentation.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in vendor management or third‑party risk within a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with risk frameworks and tools (e.g. ServiceNow, OneTrust, or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management skills across global and cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑focused with strong documentation and governance capabilities.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong analytical ability.

- Manchester based with hybrid working.
