Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a global team delivering RFPs, DDQs, and consultant database responses with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Own the strategy for content platforms, AI-enabled workflows, and centralised product messaging.
  • Partner with sales, consultant relations, and product teams to improve win rates and client engagement.
  • Establish a global operating model with clear standards, governance, and quality controls.
  • Leverage data and insights to guide strategy, optimise processes, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative team.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong asset management experience, with understanding of public and private markets.
  • Proven global leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Track record influencing stakeholders and driving strategic change.
  • Familiarity with RFP/content platforms and data tools (CRM, BI, AI workflows).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.

London-based with hybrid working.
