Our client, a global asset management firm, is seeking to recruit a Portfolio Analyst to join the Global Fixed Income investment team. The purpose of this role is to support Portfolio Managers with the active management of Global Fixed Income portfolios. The successful candidate will interact closely with Portfolio Managers and Traders to ensure timely and accurate execution of investment strategies across client portfolios. The role will support with the day-to-day portfolio management activities including rebalancing portfolios, market price movements, managing cash positions, monitoring risk and analysing performance. Candidate Requirements: 3-6 years of relevant work experience gained in a similar role Demonstrate sound working knowledge of fixed income markets Strong academic background Excellent quantitative and numerical skills, with extensive knowledge of Excel Experience using Python or VBA would be beneficial Professional qualifications such as CFA will be hugely advantageous Ability to work well under pressure Team player who enjoys working in a collegiate environment Mason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
