The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Our client is a well-established asset management house. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit an ESG Engagement Manager to join their high-performing Responsible Investment team on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to focus on Engagement, specifically with regard to Social and Governance .
Reporting directly to the Head of Engagement, the ESG Engagement Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Work closely with the Head of Engagement to develop and execute engagement projects, providing input to the program development process from idea to implementation.
- Build strong relationships with the investment teams to gain insight and understand team objectives to assist with the projects.
- Monitor and manage projects.
- Maintain engagement documentation and evidence.
- Be the key advocate for change and proactively develop knowledge of social , governance , and environmental issues.
The ESG Engagement Manager will meet the following skillset:
- Relevant institutional experience within the asset management sector.
- Strong knowledge of ESG issues within the investment environment.
- IMC and/or CFA qualifications would be desirable.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated individual with strong presentational skills.
