Our client, a global institutional asset manager has an exciting opportunity for an Equity Research Analyst to join a Global Sustainable Equity fund. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team at the leading edge of the sustainable investing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fundamental equity analysis on global companies and make investment recommendations
- Produce detailed financial models, valuation analysis and deep dive company analysis
- Regularly attend company management meetings
- Assess sustainability risks and opportunities
- Marketing and presenting to existing and prospective clients when required
Candidate Requirements:
- 2-4 years equity research experience on the buy-side or sell-side is essential
- Excellent financial modelling skills
- Ideally CFA qualified or satisfied to study towards the CFA
- High degree of awareness or experience in sustainable investing
- Strong academic background
- Intellectual curiosity and pragmatic problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator and comfortable sharing opinions
