Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Mason Blake is a boutique recruitment agency with nearly 30 years of experience consulting for leading names in the investment management industry. We\’re an ambitious team based in the heart of Shoreditch – and we\’re growing.

We\’re looking for driven graduates to join our Entry level Recruitment Scheme , designed to kickstart your career in recruitment and the investment industry.

You\’ll have the opportunity to specialise in one of our key areas – Product, Distribution, or Operations – working closely with experienced consultants who will help you develop into an expert in your field.

What you\’ll be doing:

Building your knowledge of the investment management industry and the clients we work with

Sourcing and engaging candidates for live roles

Speaking regularly with candidates and clients, both virtually and in person

Attending meetings and networking events across London

Writing engaging job adverts and helping to market roles

Keeping our candidate database up to date and nurturing long‐term relationships

Receiving ongoing training, mentoring, and personal development support

What we\’re looking for:

A recent graduate (1‐3 years) or early career professional

Confident communicator with strong relationship‐building skills

Target‐driven, ambitious, and motivated by success

Ideally 6–12 months\’ experience in a customer‐facing or sales‐based role

Organised, proactive, and detail‐oriented

Curious, commercially minded, and eager to learn about business and finance
