Due to continued success, they are now seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the Sales Associate will take on the following dynamic responsibilities:
- Identify and contact prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to build relationships and schedule meetings for your external partner, meeting daily targets for outbound sales calls.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication, utilising available resources like market updates, webinars, and presentations to build trust.
- Manage the CRM system by tracking calls and meetings accurately and ensuring client data is up to date and well-organised.
- Respond to incoming client requests, including providing information, conducting portfolio analyses, and comparing products.
