Mason Blake is a boutique recruitment firm with nearly 30 years of experience and a strong, established name in the investment management market. We work with many of the top asset managers, investment firms, and financial services businesses in the industry, building long‑term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
We’re looking to hire an experienced agency recruiter (12 months+) ideally with exposure to financial services and/or marketing recruitment to join our growing team. This is a role for someone who enjoys quality‑led recruitment, wants to work with a respected brand, and values clear structure and progression.
The role
- End‑to‑end agency recruitment
- Managing and developing client relationships with leading firms
- Sourcing, engaging, and advising experienced candidates
- Running multiple live roles and building long‑term candidate pipelines
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in agency recruitment (essential)
- Background in financial services and/or marketing recruitment preferred
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Commercially aware, organised, and self‑motivated
- Professional, consultative approach to recruitment
