Job Description
Our client isa leading Private Debt asset managerseeking to hire anexperienced candidate into their Product team. This is an excellent opportunity to join areputable company, in a role that will offer abreath of responsibilitiesacross their product suite, withregular interaction with the board and CEO.
Key responsibilities:
- Originate, plan, execute and deliver Private Debtproducts toInstitutionalinvestors, ensuring an attractive, profitable, and state of the art product offering,in alignment with the company’s strategy.
- Project Managementactivities throughout the development and launch process.
- Work closely withlegal, operations, compliance etc. to complete fund documentationandregistrationprocedures.
- Identify client needsand research and interpretcompetitor offerings.
- Stay abreast onmarket trendsandregulatory developments.
- Regularly train andeducate the salesforce and IR teamson the firm's product suite and attend investor meetings where necessary.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Product Development, with a desire to remain in a "hands-on" role.
- Expertise inPrivate Markets, particularly Private Debt, highly advantageous.
- Familiarity withclose-ended funds, carry and the compensation structures of such funds expected.
- Strong technical knowledge combined with a proven ability to execute end-to-end product delivery and project management.
- Prior experience as anSMEeducating internal and external stakeholders on product ranges will be beneficial.
- ACA qualification or equivalentdesirable.
