My client is a fast growing, progressive ESG Asset Manager who is looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to join their growing Credit and Verification team.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating a broad range of new issues for inclusion in the investment universe.
- Monitoring of credits under coverage.
- Researching sectors and countries to identify risks from a financial perspective.
- Meeting with issuers, brokers, ratings agencies or sector specialists.
- Suggesting improvements to credit research system.
- Working closely with Portfolio Management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years\’ experience in credit analysis within a buy/sell-side or ratings agency firm.
- Experience covering financial institutions as well as SSAs and interest in covering non-financial issuers.
- An understanding of how ESG factors impact upon credit analysis.
