12-month contract in London for an International Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Project Officer. Our client is dedicated to advancing sustainable finance and developing innovative ESG products. They consult and partner with clients, continually evaluating markets and assumptions to ensure their strategy delivers on long-term goals.

Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and execution of CSR strategy, policies, and action plans, focusing on UK operations and supporting international initiatives.
- Conduct benchmarking to identify and integrate leading CSR practices.
- Propose strategic recommendations and drive progress on Inclusion & Belonging initiatives, including monitoring Inclusion Surveys, serving as Secretariat for the Inclusion & Belonging Committee, overseeing Employee Networks, and administering the UK Scholarship Program.
- Develop metrics, scorecards, and targets to monitor and manage CSR actions. Contribute to the annual CSR report and carbon footprint calculations.
- Collaborate with communications teams to develop internal and external awareness campaigns and promote CSR department activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in a relevant field such as Business, Management, or Project Management.
- A proactive and organised individual with proven project management skills.
- Skilled in building and nurturing both internal and external professional relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and possess strong storytelling and writing abilities.
- Well-versed in sustainable development principles and the landscape of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) regulations and practices.
- Advanced French language skills would be an asset, but are not essential.
- 3-5 years of experience in management or project management, ideally in DEI, Sustainable Development, or CSR.
