A leading global investment management firm is seeking an Accountant on a 6-month FTC to assist in the finance department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within an established team working on a large variety of mandates. Interested candidates please note that there may be possibility for extension; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accounting duties relating to monthly close of the firm’s legal entities
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements across various jurisdictions and report findings to management
- Support external audit; audit work papers and responding to auditor inquiries
- Identify and troubleshoot opportunities to improve system efficiency
Candidate Profile:
- Recently qualified accountant [0-2 yrs’ PQE / 3-5 yrs’ accountancy experience]
- Knowledge of IFRS highly desirable
