Our client is a prestigious Asset Management firm renowned for their recent growth. Due to continued success, they are now seeking a skilled Consultant Relations Associate to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Head of Consultant Relations, the Associate will take on the following dynamic responsibilities:
- Manage various aspects of EMEA consultant coverage, including marketing support, assisting with due diligence, addressing strategy/fund-related inquiries, and onboarding investors.
- Organise quarterly review meetings with investment consultants, preparing briefing materials, taking detailed meeting notes, and overseeing follow-up tasks.
- Support EMEA New Business Development by collaborating with global RFP teams and ensuring consultant databases accurately reflect key strategies and funds.
- Contribute to the EMEA consultant relations strategy, building strong internal relationships and conducting market research and analysis on consultant positioning and competitive peer analysis.
- Maintain and update internal CRM systems and dashboards, monitor industry news for competitor insights, and coordinate consultant events and conferences in partnership with marketing and communications teams.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skillset: 3 – 5 years of relevant experience within Investment Management and previous exposure to Consultants.
