A well-established asset manager based in the City is looking for a Client Servicing Analyst to join their Institutional Client Servicing team, supporting onboarding and ongoing operational support across the client lifecycle.

The role: You'll project-manage fund and mandate launches, closures and transition events (custodian changes, in-specie transfers, benchmark changes), acting as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external parties including custodians, administrators and transition managers. You'll coordinate market openings, trading agreement set-up with the Derivatives Administration team, and review of IMAs alongside Legal, while providing day-to-day client servicing support for EMEA institutional accounts.

What they're looking for:

  • 1-2 years' buy-side experience in a client servicing or operations role
  • Strong knowledge of Middle/Back Office functions: settlements, reconciliations, client reporting, performance, pricing & valuation, corporate actions
  • Experience with financial systems such as SWIFT, TLM, Bloomberg, or portfolio accounting platforms (HiPortfolio, Portia, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of investment product classes: equities, fixed income, derivatives, alternatives
  • Strong reconciliation experience, manual and automated
  • IMC or similar industry qualification desirable but not essential
  • Additional European languages a plus
  • Confident communicator, comfortable multi-tasking and working with minimal supervision
