Company Overview: Our client is a well-known name within the investment management sector. Due to continued company growth and success, they are now looking to recruit a Client Services Specialist to join their Operations team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Timely execution of client orders
- Maintaining robust levels of service to the business' clients
- Managing day to day operational issues and resolving anomalies within the department to ensure high-level client service
- Enhancing operational procedures and making efficiencies
- Continuously satisfying client needs and external requirements
- Producing MI to highlight trends regarding the fund platform operation
Qualifications:
- Background in a Transfer Agency or within a Client Services department at a custodian or investment management house
- Has the confidence to speak with colleagues across different departments, including Front Office and Sales
- Strong working knowledge of operational oversight
- Working knowledge of processing controls
- Proven experience dealing with high values and high volumes of data
