Our client is a world renowned player within the investment management sector. Due to an increase in workload, they are now looking to recruit a team of Client Service Specialists for their retail investment arm on a contract basis.

The Client Service Specialist will take responsibility for the following remit:

  1. Receiving and investigating complex client inquiries, and communicates solutions
  2. Acting as subject matter expert, and managing multiple workflows
  3. Handling escalated issues
  4. Following standardised procedures to resolve client issues
  5. Conducting research to fulfill complex client requests and transactions
  6. Ensuring client inquiries are resolved and communicated within defined service levels
  7. Ensuring all communications are within regulatory guidelines and are accurate
  8. Developing proficient knowledge of the company’s funds, products, and services as well as understanding the overall Financial Services industry and related legal, tax, and regulatory issues to guide clients

The Client Service Specialist will meet the following criteria:

  1. Minimum of 3 years related work experience in Client Service within the Financial Services industry
  2. Background in case handling
  3. Knowledge of SIPP or pensions
  4. Experience within contact centre or relationship management

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be immediately available to begin work. The start date is likely to be within the first two weeks of February.
