About the Role
We're working with a leading wealth management organisation to appoint an experienced Business Manager. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in wealth management who can partner with senior leaders to drive business performance, operational excellence and organisational change.
The Role
- You'll work closely with regional leadership teams to:
- Deliver business plans and support regional growth.
- Drive commercial performance through reporting, planning and business insight.
- Lead the implementation of strategic, regulatory and operational change initiatives.
- Oversee business planning, budgeting, governance and performance management.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and client outcomes.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement.
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
- Demonstrable experience working within a wealth management business.
- Experience in a business management, commercial, operational or business enablement role.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret performance data to influence decision-making.
- A track record of delivering change and working across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
