We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to support the growth, performance, and operational effectiveness of a Wealth Management business. Partnering closely with senior leadership, Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams, you will drive strategic initiatives, oversee business planning and change delivery and help ensure the business operates efficiently, compliantly and with a strong client focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of regional business plans and growth targets
- Monitor and report on business performance and KPIs
- Lead business readiness for operational, technology, regulatory and product changes
- Oversee regional change initiatives and implementation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning and performance management
- Act as a key contact for operational issues and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial and strategic priorities
About You
- Experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking or Financial Services
- Strong understanding of operational and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially aware with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience leading change and cross-functional projects
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work at pace
