An exciting opportunity to join a leading global asset management firm. This role will interact closely with the investment and distribution functions providing expert investment advice to investors.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with clients on the product range, investment outlook and provide technical information on the investment process and proposition
- Work closely with the sales team and support on converting new prospects into clients
- Attend client meetings independently or alongside Portfolio Managers to promote the product range
- Provide investors with regular key updates on performance, portfolio changes and market outlook
- Respond to client queries that require technical investment response
- Liaise with marketing team to maintain high quality marketing material and research including introductory pitches, quarterly update presentations and ad-hoc client materials
Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years’ relevant experience at an asset manager
- High level of investment knowledge with a good understanding of fixed income and alternative asset classes
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and confidence in managing client relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude to work
- Working towards CFA qualification preferred
- Strong academic profile
