- Develop and negotiate service schedules, commercial models, and supplier agreements.
- Define technical and service requirements for technology and shared service categories.
- Identify cost savings, value creation opportunities, and commercial or supplier‑related risks.
- Assess and enhance procurement governance, controls, and policies.
- Produce clear, insight‑led reports, business cases, evaluation summaries, and recommendations.
- Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and oversee multiple workstreams.

- In‑depth knowledge of the procurement lifecycle, contract management, and supplier risk.
- Understanding of sourcing trends, including Agile sourcing and modern procurement methodologies.
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, COOs, CPOs, and Commercial Directors.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering cost savings or commercial improvements.
- Experience with UK public sector procurement frameworks and familiarity with UK procurement regulations.
- Ability to obtain UK security clearance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, supply chain, or related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CIPS or MCIPS preferred.
