- Assess client cyber maturity, identify risks, and evaluate control effectiveness.
- Design pragmatic, business‑aligned security improvements, architectures, and operating models.
- Advise clients on regulatory and standards compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
- Produce clear, concise, executive‑ready reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, managing day‑to‑day workplans and key stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging cyber threats, industry developments, and relevant technologies.
- Coach and support junior team members, contributing to capability development.
- Support proposal writing, solution shaping, and broader business development activity.

- Hands‑on delivery of cyber assessments, security transformations, or resilience programmes.
- Experience working with regulated or security‑sensitive organisations.
- Strong understanding of threat vectors, vulnerabilities, and security controls.
- Proven ability to translate technical risk into commercial and operational terms.

- Background in consulting, systems integrators, or service providers is desirable.
- Understanding of digital transformation trends and the wider technology landscape.
- Ability to obtain UK security clearance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- One or more recognised security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer).
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
