The Role
As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen, maintain exceptional food standards, and support the development of the team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, quality-driven and seasonality paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
- Background in fresh, high-volume restaurants and a passion for bold flavours in either Italian, British or Middle Eastern cuisine
- The ability to support the Head Chefs in maintaining target GP, through accurate food costing, portion control and food waste management
- The knowledge to understand and effectively manage the food safety system in order to maintain a 5* food hygiene rating
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality food
- Effective communication and able to work collaboratively with others
- A proactive approach to problem solving, the ability to adapt in challenging situations
- A positive attitude who motivates others to succeed through strong and supportive leadership
