Are you an experienced HRIS professional with a passion for SAP SuccessFactors and driving digital transformation across People systems?
We’re partnering with a global business that’s investing heavily in its HR technology landscape and they’re looking for someone who can take ownership of SuccessFactors across modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Learning, and People Analytics.
The Opportunity As HR Information Systems Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the business leverages SuccessFactors to deliver an outstanding employee experience. Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll ensure the platform runs seamlessly, from configuration and data accuracy to process optimisation and user training.
You’ll also lead the integration of new entities post-acquisition, manage day-to-day HR system operations, and champion continuous improvement across the HR tech stack.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine yourtechnical configuration expertise with a collaborative, people-focused approach, ensuring systems empower teams across the business to perform at their best.
What You’ll Do
- Own configuration, maintenance and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Support HR teams with data governance, reporting and analytics
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver the People Systems roadmap
- Lead onboarding of new users and entities into the HRIS landscape
- Manage the HRIS Helpdesk, resolving queries and driving user satisfaction
- Support small enhancement projects, feature releases and testing cycles
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ experience in HRIS management, with at least 1–2 years hands-on with SuccessFactors
- Strong configuration knowledge across Employee Central and Performance & Goals (certifications perferable)
- Understanding of data governance, GDPR, and system integrations (e.g. payroll, LMS, identity)
- Confident communicator who can bridge the gap between HR, IT and business teams
- Analytical mindset, with experience building HR dashboards and data insights
- Proactive, organised and solutions-driven approach
