FTC Position
Are you an experienced SAP EWM expert with at least 5 years' experience who thrives in hands on delivery and wants to take full ownership of solution design within a major multi site digital transformation? This is your chance to shape and scale a modern Enterprise Warehouse Management landscape across multiple locations. You will work closely with business stakeholders and a system implementation partner as part of a three in a box model, ensuring the EWM design is robust, fit for purpose, and aligned to operational excellence.
You will be the go to expert for EWM solution integrity, master data enablement, testing governance, user experience across warehouse devices, and integration to warehouse automation technologies. If you enjoy making decisions, owning outcomes, and seeing your work successfully land into operations this is the role for you.
What you will do
- Own the EWM solution design, aligning to best practice and future scalability
- Drive WRICEF review, master data definition and role creation with cross functional teams
- Review and approve changes impacting process, design, automation and end user experience
- Design and deliver testing strategy including planning, scripting and execution
- Ensure user experience excellence across scan guns, tablets, touch PCs and label printing
- Maintain high quality business process and solution documentation
- Collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver successful cutovers and go lives

- EWM solution successfully deployed across initial and subsequent warehouse waves
- High testing quality achieved including SIT, UAT and cutover readiness
- Strong adoption by operational users with smooth day one performance
- Fully documented processes, roles, master data and design decisions
- Positive cross functional collaboration with stakeholders and implementation partners
What you bring
- 5 plus years' hands on SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation experience
- Understanding of complex warehouse operations and FMCG style environments
- Experience supporting warehouse devices and automation technologies is beneficial
- The ability to translate between business and technical teams
- Customer focused mindset, strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
This is a FTC for 12 Months, a contract on a day rate may be considered for a 4 month period.
