The Opportunity
You will sit at the centre of business and technology change, acting as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams. Your focus will be on clarity, outcomes, and discipline. The environment is fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous. That is intentional. The right person will bring structure without slowing momentum and challenge thinking without damaging trust. This role blends Business Analysis and PMO-style ownership, giving you genuine influence over how initiatives are shaped, prioritised, and delivered.
What You Will Be Doing
- Business Analysis & Requirements Ownership
- Owning requirements end to end, from early discovery through to delivery-ready backlog items
- Producing clear AS-IS and TO-BE process maps that expose inefficiencies and future risks
- Challenging stakeholders on what they want versus what the business truly needs
- Ensuring requirements are outcome-focused, scalable, and aligned to future systems
- ERP & Future-State Change
- Working within an evolving ERP landscape, including SAP Business One and integrated platforms
- Helping the business avoid short-term fixes that create long-term migration pain
- Thinking beyond today’s system to tomorrow’s operating model
- Delivery Enablement & Governance
- Embedding delivery discipline without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
- Supporting Agile ways of working while ensuring clarity and accountability
- Maintaining RAID logs, delivery plans, and dependency tracking
- Providing concise, honest reporting into senior leadership
- Stakeholder Leadership
- Acting as a trusted advisor to non-technical stakeholders
- Reducing noise, clarifying priorities, and stabilising cross-functional initiatives
- Knowing when to push back, when to escalate, and when to move forward
What We Are Looking For
- Essential
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an environment of change
- Exposure to ERP, or core systems environments
- Strong process mapping and requirements definition skills
- Confidence challenging unclear or poorly defined requirements
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-growth environments
- Experience working within Agile delivery models
- SAP Business One or equivalent ERP exposure
- Experience contributing to or owning PMO-style delivery frameworks
- Strong working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Teams, and SharePoint
This role suits someone who:
- Enjoys growth, change, and challenge.
- Wants influence and responsibility, not just tasks.
- Wants the opportunity to grow.
- Can navigate through change.
