An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Systems Analyst to join a prestigious international organisation as part of its growing HR Systems team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for HR technology, data, and continuous improvement who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to enhance HR systems and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for HR systems, resolving issues and supporting end users
- Administer and enhance SAP SuccessFactors and associated HR technologies
- Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Analyse HR data and ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee information
- Support system upgrades, testing, releases and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with HR and business stakeholders to improve processes and user experience
- Produce guidance and training materials to maximise system adoption
Experience required
- Previous experience supporting or administering HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee data
- Experience creating reports and analysing data
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas and data manipulation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
