Are you an experienced ERP Project Manager with a background in manufacturing? Want to join a global business with a full pipeline of transformation projects? We're working with a well-established, international manufacturer that’s investing heavily in digital transformation across its operations. With multiple sites and a constant stream of ongoing and upcoming ERP initiatives, they’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to take the reins and drive successful delivery.
The company application landscape is made up of SAP S/4HANA, other ERPs both off the shelf and bespoke and CRMs, such as Salesforce.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across the business
- Engaging with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout project lifecycles
- Managing external partners, vendors, and internal resources to ensure timely delivery
- Taking a proactive role in risk management, planning, and reporting
- Travelling to sites when needed to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement
What they’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing ERP projects (e.g. SAP, Oracle, IFS, Dynamics, Infor)
- A background in manufacturing or industrial sectors – you understand how operations tick
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable with hybrid working – 3 days per week onsite is a must
- Willingness to travel occasionally across UK/European sites
