Full time, permanent

If you want to shape how a fast-moving distribution business truly operates, not just maintain systems from the sidelines, this opportunity will stand out. This fast-growing company runs a large, expanding product portfolio with high order volumes, complex stock requirements and a modern warehouse operation that depends heavily on SAP Business One. With plans to significantly scale over the next five years, they are strengthening their internal SAP capability with a consultant who can simplify processes, improve data flow and help the organisation operate with greater accuracy and speed.

This is a hands-on and highly visible role within an experienced team that has delivered numerous significant SAP Business One transformations. You’ll have the chance to bring your ideas to life, influence key decisions, and play a meaningful part in the company’s next phase of growth. If you thrive on team collaboration and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Maintaining a stable and scalable SAP B1 environment that supports high SKU volumes
  • Producing meaningful reports and analytics that support better decision making
  • Working closely with leaders who want SAP to be a strategic asset, not just a transactional system

This is a role where you can influence how each part of the organisation works, from the warehouse floor to the leadership team.

What you bring:

  • Strong experience implementing or optimising SAP Business One.
  • Confidence understanding business operations and translating them into practical technical solutions
  • Experience with integration tools such as BPA
  • Working knowledge of Boyum add-ons and HANA query development
  • Reporting experience with tools like Power BI or Crystal Reports is an advantage
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to guide both users and decision makers
  • A proactive mindset and the desire to drive improvement

Why this role stands out:

  • Contribute directly to major digital and operational transformation initiatives
  • Influence the shape and performance of an entire end-to-end operation
  • Work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will be recognised
