The Role
You’ll maintain, improve, and support our SuccessFactors platform and other HR technologies, acting as a key link between HR and IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and system configurations
- Support HR teams and users with SuccessFactors issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Collaborate with IT and vendors on upgrades and enhancements
- Create and maintain system documentation and training materials
- Analyse HR data and provide insights for stakeholders
- Promote HR system best practices across the organisation
About You
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Recruitment)
- Experience with additional modules like Learning, Compensation, Performance & Goals, ECP, or Time Off
- Background in HR operations or IT supporting HR systems
- Familiarity with integrated payroll systems
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of HR policies and workforce processes
