Maslow Associates are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP Business Analyst to join a growing HR systems function supporting payroll across the UK and Ireland. This role sits at the centre of HR, Payroll and IT, helping design, improve and support payroll solutions within Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. You’ll play a key part in ensuring payroll runs accurately, systems are optimised, and processes stay compliant.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Translate payroll and HR requirements into system solutions
  • Support configuration and ongoing improvement of EC and ECP
  • Work closely with HR, Finance and IT on end-to-end payroll processes
  • Support implementations, upgrades and system changes
  • Own testing activities including UAT and defect resolution
  • Troubleshoot data and integration issues across systems
  • Support data migration, validation and payroll accuracy checks
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst across payroll or HR systems
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes, calculations and compliance
  • Experience working on implementations or system enhancements
  • Confident working with stakeholders across business and technical teams

Nice to have:

  • SuccessFactors certifications
  • Experience with integrations, time or benefits
