About the Company

Maslow is supporting a major international organisation as they continue to modernise their HR capability. The business is investing in technology and talent to develop a data-driven HR function supported by leading enterprise platforms.

The Role

You’ll maintain, improve, and support our SuccessFactors platform and other HR technologies, acting as a key link between HR and IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and system configurations
  • Support HR teams and users with SuccessFactors issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors on upgrades and enhancements
  • Create and maintain system documentation and training materials
  • Analyse HR data and provide insights for stakeholders
  • Promote HR system best practices across the organisation

About You

  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Recruitment)
  • Experience with additional modules like Learning, Compensation, Performance & Goals, ECP, or Time Off
  • Background in HR operations or IT supporting HR systems
  • Familiarity with integrated payroll systems
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of HR policies and workforce processes
