Position Summary We are looking for a Senior Cloud developer for our Web Services software team.
The team is responsible for developing and maintaining a set of cloud (AWS) applications (written in Python and running on Linux) that are used to support the various networked audio players developed by Sound United.
The team is co-located in the UK as well as Sydney, Australia.
The candidate will work closely with people at both locations.
Key Responsibilities Designing and implementing new features and general maintenance of the various cloud applications Designing of new applications as required Infrastructure management, metrics creation and monitoring, efficiency and cost improvements, pushing application updates, troubleshooting and resolving live infrastructure/application issues (e. g. server down time).
