Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team at a busy distribution centre. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals eager to begin a career in warehouse operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse, from receiving and storing stock to picking and preparing items for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with unloading incoming shipments and verify contents against delivery documents

Sort, label, and store items correctly in designated warehouse locations

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to standard procedures

Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and hazard-free

Carry out routine inventory checks and report discrepancies

Operate basic warehouse equipment such as trolleys and hand-held scanners
