UX/UI Designer – Remote Job for Creatives – Travel and Work Globally

Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our growing remote design team. Key Responsibilities Design user-centric interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and software platforms. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user journeys. Translate wireframes and UX research into high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics data. Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices. Present design concepts and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders. Maintain design systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of UI libraries. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.). Solid understanding of user experience principles, responsive design, and interaction design. Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI specifications. Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for aesthetics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote environments. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI design or a closely related field. Prior experience in remote work or freelancing is a plus. Experience working in agile product development teams is highly desirable. A portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking, process, and visual design is required . Working Hours Flexible Schedule across global time zones (you choose your working hours). Core team coordination hours may be required based on project needs. Full-time (preferred), but exceptional part-time candidates will also be considered. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
