Job Summary:

Disney, one of the worlds leading entertainment companies, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top-tier talent for various positions within our organization. This position is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, while contributing to Disneys continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, a passion for finding the best talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for senior-level, technical, and specialized roles across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and desired candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing various channels, including social media, job boards, recruitment agencies, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates qualifications, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Advise and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficient recruitment operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to support organizational growth and diversity initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on senior, executive, or specialized roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS software, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and organization.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in utilizing recruitment data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on senior and technical positions.
  • Previous experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, from creative and technical to corporate and executive positions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
