Job Summary
GracePath Healthcare is seeking compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Senior Carers to join our exceptional care team across the UK. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on caregiving experience who are looking to take the next step in their healthcare career. Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality personal care and support to service users in residential or domiciliary settings.

Lead and supervise a team of junior carers, ensuring daily care tasks are completed effectively and professionally.

Assist with developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.

Administer or supervise medication, in accordance with company policy and individual care plans.

Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and social workers to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain accurate records of care delivery, incidents, and observations.

Uphold all safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures.

Support service users in maintaining independence and dignity in their daily lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent international qualification).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of carers.

Strong time management and organisational skills.

Basic understanding of UK care standards, regulations, and documentation.
Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a care setting, ideally in a supervisory or senior role.

Experience in providing personal care, administering medication, and managing care plans.

Prior experience in the UK is preferred but not essential for sponsored applicants.
Working Hours

Full-time, 37.5 to 48 hours per week
