As a Residential Care Worker, you will provide person‑centred care and support to elderly residents and individuals with varying needs in a residential care setting, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well‑being.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Monitor and record residents' health and well‑being, reporting any concerns to senior staff.
- Encourage and support residents to participate in recreational and therapeutic activities.
- Promote independence and dignity at all times.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, family members, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, and care regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
