Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Picker/Packer in the Food & Beverage sector. This full-time position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in logistics and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack food and beverage products as per customer orders
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with food safety regulations
Operate barcode scanners and use inventory systems to track stock movement
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
Label, seal, and prepare products for dispatch
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily targets
Assist with loading/unloading of goods when required
Follow all safety and health procedures as set by company and industry standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
Basic knowledge of English (reading and speaking)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods or lift up to 15kg
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
Willingness to work in cold storage or temperature-controlled environments

Prior experience in food packing, warehouse, or logistics will be an advantage
Working Hours
Full-time: 40–48 hours per week
Rotational shifts: Morning / Afternoon / Night
Weekend and overtime shifts may be available and compensated accordingly
