Support clients with mobility needs, transfers, and safe movement using hoists or aids.

Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.

Administer medication in accordance with care plans and under supervision.

Monitor and record clients physical and emotional well-being.

Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and physical stimulation.

Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with nurses, families, and care managers.

Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, infection control, and health & safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent overseas qualification).

Good spoken and written English communication skills .

Caring, empathetic, and respectful attitude towards vulnerable individuals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures and person-centred care principles.

Willingness to undertake mandatory training and continuous development.

Experience Preferred: At least 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in a care home, nursing home, domiciliary care, or hospital setting.

Newly trained candidates may also be considered based on attitude, learning ability, and commitment.

Working Hours Full-time: 37.5 to 48 hours per week

Flexible shifts available: Days, Nights, Weekends, and Bank Holidays

Overtime may be offered depending on availability and demand

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Understanding of UK healthcare standards and CQC regulations

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and families
