The Elite Job is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our advertising campaigns and analytics reporting. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with a strong grasp of digital marketing tools, online ad platforms, and data-driven insights. The selected candidate will collaborate with our marketing team to optimize campaigns, track performance metrics, and assist in driving overall brand growth online.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversion rates, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain and organize advertising data, dashboards, and analytics reports for management review.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad copy, visuals, and targeting.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support email marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and content scheduling.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience or strong knowledge in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.
Experience
